Requirements to a shopping center
- The year of construcion/ reconstruction: not before 2000
- The area of shopping center – from 15 thousand m2 (for the towns with population not less than 250 thousand – from 10 thousand m2)
- Presence of tenants from among of national and known international brands.

- Presence of large road interchanges - convenient transport communications with the majority of city areas.
- Concentration of the trade zones which serve the majority of urban districts.
- The trading neighborhood – firm or "promoted" brand shops of clothes for middle class or "elite" stores.
- Investments into opening of the brand stores will be from $400 for sq. m (repair, the trading equipment, illumination, office equipment, software product 1C-trade).
- The cost of initial purchase of goods - 350$ on sq. m.

Opening of brand store:
- The deposit for opening of the brand store is $1000.
- Trading of goods by Sela ™ is carried out only under condition of purchase of all goods groups assortment which are produced by Sela ™.
- The structure of the first purchase of the goods is defined in a proportional parity of all groups of product assortment. It is formed by experts of Corporation.
- The seasonal delivery of the goods generated on the basis of partners’ order is provided with a prepayment at a rate of 10 %. Seasonal delivery of the goods is carried out according to the order and upon the brought prepayment for seasonal purchase of the goods.
The prepayment allows the partner to reserve the goods for the store in assortment and quantity at a stage of sewing of collections.
- Reservation of the goods is carried out according to orders of seasonal purchase of the goods; the order is generated by the partner and coordinated by Corporation.
- The partner is obliged to pay and buy the goods not less than 4 times a month.

- There is a system of incentive discounts.
- Delivery of the goods is carried out under the schedule established for a season according to presence of the goods in a warehouse of Corporation and execution by partners of payment discipline.
- A bonus on opening of the brand store is the free advertising production — $500.

The Certified commission makes a decision about acknowledgement of the status of the conceptual brand store and the certification according to «Position about certification».
Stores of a small format
Sela corporation, remaining the leader in the field of sales of clothes and accessories and considering tendencies of promptly emerging market, has developed new formats of brand stores.
- Trading area of store of a small format: up to 100 m2.
- Area of back rooms of small format store: from 30 m2
- The placing of the enterprise of a small format — in shopping centers, in separately located shops, in separate sections in shopping street.
- The investments into opening of the enterprise of a small format will be from $200 for sq. meter (repair, the trading equipment, illumination).
- Small current expenses (rent, salaries, running costs, the other operational expenditure).
